Music For Everyone,
a Lancaster-based
non-profit charitable organization that raises money for music programs for schools and community groups announces a call for entries for its third benefit album. Music For Everyone Vol. 3 will select up to 15 pre-recorded, original music tracks for inclusion. The benefit album will be sold to raise money for the organization.
ELIGIBILITY
Any Lancaster County, PA-based performer or band with an interest in music who wants to support a good cause.
CRITERIA
Only original material will be considered. Selection is based on [including but not limited to] originality, production quality and overall quality of final produced track. Music For Everyone reserves the right to refuse any track deemed insufficient in any capacity with selections based on the discretion of the Music For Everyone board of directors. Entries must be received between January 1, 2010 and March 15, 2010.
REGULATIONS
• A maximum of two tracks may be submitted.
• Each entry must be accompanied by a separate submission form.
• The maximum length of submissions accepted is not to exceed 7 minutes.
• File size not to exceed 10MB.
• Entrants under the age of 18 must have signed permission from a parent or legal guardian.
IF SELECTED
The selected submissions will be announced on April 2010 at www.musicforeveryone.net.
Selected artists or bands will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.
If selected, each artist or band will receive a usage agreement. The artist or band will retain copyright of
their recorded material. Complete documentation [signed usage agreement] for each selected track must be returned to
Music For Everyone by April 15, 2010, along with a high quality .wav file of the track on CD.
Minimum recording quality is 16bit/44.1Khz.
Participants must ensure that they have the right to participate with regard to
any third persons connected to the production of selected tracks.
Music For Everyone reserves the right to refuse the use of any track at any point for any reason.
No honorarium will be distributed to any artist or group. All proceeds benefit Music For Everyone.
Unless otherwise requested, all submissions selected for inclusion grant Music For Everyone the rights to use any content
from the track for promotional purposes.
Participation in the call for entries indicates acceptance of all of Music For Everyone’s rules and regulations.

Submitted files should adhere to the following naming convention:
"ArtistName_TrackName.mp3".
